Reconciliation Australia warmly welcomes the appointment of proud Yinjibarndi woman Ms Jody Broun as the CEO of the National Indigenous Australians Agency.
We have great respect for her extensive experience in government and non-government organisations, across a range of areas critical to Australian Indigenous peoples – including housing, health, education, justice, land, and culture.
This experience ensures she is well-placed to make an effective contribution to advancing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples in steering the work of the NIAA.
The Board and staff look forward to working with Ms Broun across a breadth of issues to deliver reconciliation in Australia.
