Every year workplaces, schools, early learning services, community groups, reconciliation groups, and people right across the country host a whole range of activities and events during National Reconciliation Week (NRW).
Check out the events below and see how you can mark NRW at an event near you.
The dates for NRW are the same each year; 27 May to 3 June.
Please note: the events posted below are not the responsibility of Reconciliation Australia. If you have any questions regarding an event, please contact the organisers.
Reconciliation Victoria invites you to our 2024 Maggolee Awards Ceremony.
Maggolee Awards recognise Victorian local governments working in partnership with First Peoples to support self-determination, advance reconciliation, and strengthen shared decision making with First Peoples. Much great work is being done every day between First Peoples, state, and local governments and the Maggolee Awards draw attention to this work and help to highlight the many ways local councils and First Peoples are working together. Join us in celebrating this year’s winners in a presentation ceremony at Djerring Flemington Hub.
Facilitated by Uncle Charles Pakana | Editor, Victorian Aboriginal News.
This event will include a light lunch with gluten free and vegan options available.
