Every year workplaces, schools, early learning services, community groups, reconciliation groups, and people right across the country host a whole range of activities and events during National Reconciliation Week (NRW).
Check out the events below and see how you can mark NRW at an event near you.
The dates for NRW are the same each year; 27 May to 3 June.
Please note: the events posted below are not the responsibility of Reconciliation Australia. If you have any questions regarding an event, please contact the organisers.
To Staff, Students & Community,
National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements and explore how we can contribute to reconciliation in Australia.
Now More Than Ever, the work continues—in treaty making, in truth-telling, in understanding our history, in education, and in tackling racism.
We need connection.
We need respect.
We need action. And we need change.
Now more than ever, we need reconciliation.
Date: Thursday, 30 May
Time: 10:30 – 11:15 am
Where: Meet at The Knuckle (lower level), at Federation University, Gippsland Campus, Churchill
Join us for a Reconciliation Walk. Be prepared for cold and wet weather by rugging up and bringing an umbrella if it looks wet.
We look forward to seeing you there!
